Terms and Conditions

 1. Request of return is available within 14 days upon receiving goods.

 2. Customers must ensure that the returned goods are in the same condition when they first received it.

 3. Defected items and used are not accepted.

 4. No charges will be imposed for the return.

 5. Customer will be charged for shipping fee if the return is invalid (used item, returned of other items)

 6. Customers must provide the tracking number to us once the parcel has been shipped.

 7. Dasher requires 1 - 3 working days to check the condition of the goods returned after received.

 8. We will request for the customer's banking details after we approve the refund.

 9. Amount of refund will be transferred within 3 working days.

 10. Customer will be informed once the refund is made.

Shipping Policy

Term and Conditions

Dasher online order opted for standard delivery will be handled by our appointed courier partner – J&T or Pos Laju. After the payment is confirmed and we will process ship out your parcel and it take around: - 3 to 5 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends) sending to West Malaysia - 10 to 15 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends) sending to East Malaysia. Once your online order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email notification with courier tracking number from our system. You may check the parcel delivery status on website after a day or two received the shipping confirmation email.

Refund Policy

Love it or return it. It's OK to change your mind. If you are not satisfied with your Dasher purchase, you can return it within 14 days, together with proof of purchase, for a full refund.

Warranty Policy
Dead Pixel Issue

Only applies for TV and monitor products.

 TV Products (Dead Pixels)
- 1-to-1 exchange for cracked screen upon delivery, missing accessories, dead pixels(even if just 1) or related matters within 7 days after received.
 - After 7 days, TV with 7 or more dead pixels is considered defective and eligible for Warranty.

 Monitor Products (Dead Pixels)
 - 1-to-1 exchange for cracked screen upon delivery, missing accessories, dead pixels(even if just 1) or related matters within 7 days after received.
 - After 7 days, monitor with 5 or more dead pixels is considered defective and eligible for Warranty.
