Orders

Once your order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email notification with the courier tracking number from our system.

Alternatively, you may also track your order status via your order ID at https://support.dasher.com.my/parcel-tracking

You may download your invoice through Dasher support website.

1. Head over to https://support.dasher.com.my/parcel-tracking

2. Key in your Order ID number and click search

3. Select "Invoice" and key in the last 4 digits of your phone number.

If you wish for any amendments to the invoice, you may engage a live chat session with us for assistance.

Shipment

We are currently offering 2 shipping methods:

Standard Shipping – Fulfilled by our appointed courier partner – J&T or Pos Laju

Dasher Express – Fulfilled by Dasher's logistics. Enjoy FAST DELIVERY for Klang Valley customers.

Orders will be shipped out within 24 hours under normal circumstances during working days.

For Standard delivery, courier will typically takes:

• 1 - 3 working days (West Malaysia)

• 3 - 7 working days (East Malaysia)

Some delays may also occur during campaign / peak season

In case of unreasonable delays, you may also live chat with us and we will assist you on it.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our Policy:
• Customers must ensure that the returned goods are in the same condition as when first received the item. (Brand new & sealed condition)
• Defected items and used are not accepted.
• Shipping cost is imposed for returns due to a change of mind.
• Customers must provide the tracking number to us once the parcel has been shipped.
• Dasher requires 1 - 3 working days to check the condition of the goods returned after received.
• We will request the customer's banking details after we approve the refund.
• Amount of refund will be transferred within 3 working days.
• Customer will be informed once the refund is made.

Warranty

• Dasher offers a limited warranty policy for faulty products from manufacturing defects. The product will be evaluated by our product specialist, any damage caused by the user will not be part of this.

• No charges will be imposed for the return.

• Customer will be charged for shipping fee if the return is invalid (E.g. returned of other items)

• Customers must provide the tracking number to us once the parcel has been shipped.

• Dasher requires 1 - 3 working days to check the condition of the goods returned after received.

• We will request the customer's banking details after we approve the refund.

• Amount of refund will be transferred within 3 working days.

• Customer will be informed once the refund is made.

Dead Pixel Warranty

Only applies to TV and monitor products.

TV Products (Dead Pixels)

• 1-to-1 exchange for cracked screen upon delivery, missing accessories, dead pixels(even if just 1) or related matters within 7 days after received.

• For the condition that has 7 pixels or more after 7 days of receiving, the product is liable for warranty claim

Monitor Products (Dead Pixels)

• 1-to-1 exchange for cracked screen upon delivery, missing accessories, dead pixels(even if just 1) or related matters within 7 days after received.

• For the condition that has 5 pixels or more after 7 days of receiving, the product is liable for warranty claim
