How long does it takes to deliver?

3 - 7 working days (East Malaysia)

I Have preorder Dreame H13 FlexReach Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner at 1U outlet on the 23/03/25. And have been inform by the outlet i need to wait until end of April only the preorder is arrived. May I know why needed to take so long time only the stock is arrived.
Im Mrs.Ong who had purchased a H13 Flexreach Wash Vacuum on 24 Mar 2025. ( which the invoice is attached to the email ) at Penang branch QueensbayMall. And the salesman said stock will be delay around 2weeks since the day I make payment.
But yet I haven’t received any product from your store whichever It’s been more Thn 2 weeks and Malay Raya had pass.
Please help me with this matter and check when I’ll get my product as soon as possible.
Since I’m pregnant and not able to do housework and this is why I purchased your product to help me with it.
And I had try to email to your customer service team but no response so I decide write the complaint here.
Please give me a feedback as soon as possible.
