3.1 Eligibility
- Customers may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the purchase date or delivery date (whichever is later) if the product is found to have a manufacturing defect. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Refunds for purchases made via installment payments are processed through the card issuer. Please contact your card issuer for a refund.

3.2 Application Process
- Contact our after-sales service/customer support team via WhatsApp.
- Provide valid proof of purchase (receipt/invoice).
- Return shipping costs will be covered by DASHER Malaysia.
- If the order is cancelled before shipment, no product return is required. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after the refund request is approved.
- If the order has already been shipped and requires a return, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product (if approved or applicable).

3.3 Platform-Specific Guidelines
- For purchases from Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, please refer to the platform’s return policy and contact the respective seller.
- For purchases from other authorized resellers, contact the seller directly for return instructions.

3.4 Exclusions
Return and refund requests may be rejected in the following cases:
- Missing or tampered proof of purchase.
- Requests made after 14 calendar days.
- Used, damaged, or incomplete products.
- Unapproved returns or unauthorized cash-on-delivery shipments.
- Partial return of bundled items. 
- Spam or misuse of payment methods. 

3.5 Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- On approved refunds will deducted with credit card processing fees and any processing fee by retailers or manufacturer fees that may apply (if you use credit card).
- For installment payments (e.g. Credit Card Installment, Grab Pay Later, Atome, Shopee Pay Later), a 4% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee is charged by the payment provider and is non-refundable.

3.6 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
