Water went into some chambers of the dust cup that doesn't have any way out when I was washing it. The customer services asked me to dry it under the sun but the water vapor kept locked in the chambers for more than a week. Moreover, there is no instruction to prompt me to register for warranty. I purchased from the official site but the customer services could not find my order and requested me to register for warranty. Then the QR-code printed in the user manual led me to nowhere. Even the link in the email for doing this evaluation is broken. I cannot have written this review if I hadn't noticed the email was sent by judge.me. The design of product is fine but the making of the product and after sales services are awful.
