Product Overview
The Dreame H15 Pro is a cordless wet and dry vacuum that vacuums and mops in one pass, with 21 kPa suction, an AI lifting arm for triple-edge cleaning along walls and skirting, and a TangleCut™ scraper that keeps hair from wrapping the brush. After cleaning, the base washes the brush with 100°C hot water and dries it with 90°C hot air in 5 minutes, so it doesn't smell. This is the non-heat version: it washes floors with normal-temperature water.

FAQs
Can it clean wet and dry messes together?
Yes. It picks up dry debris and liquid spills in the same pass, and auto dirt detection adjusts power to how dirty the floor is.
Does the brush get smelly?
The base washes the brush with 100°C water and dries it with 90°C hot air, which helps prevent odours and bacteria.
Is this the heated-water version?
No. This is the non-heat version. For 85°C hot-water floor washing, choose the Dreame H15 Pro Heat.
How long does delivery take?
Orders usually ship within 24 hours on working days. Delivery then takes about 3–5 working days in West Malaysia and 7–14 working days in East Malaysia. Large items in Klang Valley can be delivered by Dasher's own fleet.
What if the unit is faulty?
